Description
In Gibellina, at the Belìce / EpiCentro della Memoria Viva spaces, from 5 December 2025 to 28 February 2026, the photographic exhibition “Proteste prima del futuro” curated by Giuseppe Maiorana unfolds.
The exhibition documents protests and social movements of the 1960s and 1970s through archival images and documentary materials, showing faces, slogans and crowds that marked key moments in recent Italian history.
The show encourages reflection on the relationship between art, memory and dissent, illustrating how photography can witness and interpret the past to think about the future with critical awareness.
