Gibellina is an Italian municipality with 3,712 inhabitants in the free municipal consortium of Trapani in Sicily. The current town, also known as Gibellina Nuova, was built after the 1968 Belìce earthquake on a site that is about 11 km away from the previous one as the crow flies.
