Varanasi: A Journey into the Infinite
Detail
A visual and spiritual journey into the heart of India with “Varanasi: A Journey into the Infinite”, the photographic exhibition by Andrea Marchegiani hosted at Villa Genuardi, in the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento. Curated by Farm Cultural Park, the exhibition guides visitors through sacred alleys, ancient temples, and the ghats along the Ganges, revealing the soul of one of the world’s oldest and most fascinating cities. Divided into three immersive pavilions, the show invites reflection on universal themes such as life, death, and spirituality. Part of the Countless Cities 2025 – Biennial of the Cities of the World project, it is supported by the Sicilian Region and created in collaboration with the Municipality of Agrigento, the Valley of the Temples Park, the Cultural Heritage Authority, and the Municipality of Aragona. A unique opportunity to be moved by the infinite through the lens of contemporary art.
