Spumanti dell’Etna

From November 28 to 30, 2025, the city of Catania hosts the seventh edition of the Spumanti dell’Etna festival — a celebration of volcanic bubbles and classic-method sparkling wines.

Across three days, visitors will experience tastings, masterclasses with sommeliers, guided tours of vineyards and wineries on the slopes of Mount Etna, culminating in a grand finale evening at the historic Palazzo Biscari.

Organized by the Associazione Spumanti dell’Etna, the event has become a reference point for producers, connoisseurs and the press, highlighting a unique terroir where fire, vines and bubbles meet.
