Sfincione Fest 2026

From 19 to 22 November 2026, the Sfincione Fest returns to Bagheria, an event dedicated to one of the most iconic specialities of Sicilian cuisine.

At the heart of the event are Bagheria’s white sfincione, its red sfincione and the numerous interpretations created by pizza chefs and industry professionals, accompanied by tastings, street food, cookery demonstrations, music and special guests.
The festival thus offers a journey through historic recipes and contemporary reinterpretations, highlighting the link between cuisine, the local area and local culture.
