The Ragusa Photo Festival – Beyond Appearance transforms the baroque city into a stage dedicated to contemporary photography.

Through exhibitions, talks, and workshops, the event attracts photographers, artists, and enthusiasts from across Italy and abroad.

Its core theme is the image as a tool for social investigation, able to go beyond what is seen to tell stories and identities.

Strolling through the streets of Ragusa Ibla, visitors can admire installations and projects in dialogue with the historic architecture.
