Premio solidarietà 14^ edizione

Maria Grazia Cucinotta, Cesare Bocci, Manlio Dovì and Sergio Viglianese are the stars of the 14th edition of the Solidarity Award 2025 – Vulcano Island, scheduled for Friday 18 and Saturday 19 July. An event that blends entertainment, solidarity and promotion of the Aeolian territory, now a landmark of the Sicilian summer.

Laugh, witness, act: these are the guiding principles of an event that started in 2011 and has now reached an important milestone, with 20 evenings, 14 editions, and a prestigious line-up of artists and guests.

A star-studded line-up for a heartfelt event
Maria Grazia Cucinotta, the event’s godmother, highlighted the importance of “getting involved and doing your part to help those in need,” especially the young people of the Aeolian Islands, who receive scholarships from the funds raised.

She’ll be joined by Cesare Bocci, famous for his role as Mimì Augello in “Inspector Montalbano,” who will honor Andrea Camilleri on the centenary of the Sicilian writer’s birth.

The two evenings will also feature comic performances: Friday 18 July with Sergio Viglianese (Zelig, Colorado), and Saturday 19 July with Manlio Dovì, beloved Bagaglino actor and impersonator.

Concrete solidarity for the Aeolian community
The Solidarity Award is not just entertainment – it’s a charity initiative that benefits the Aeolian community. Organized by Associazione Culturale Hierà, and supported by the Sicilian Region and the Municipality of Lipari, the 2025 edition will fund two university scholarships and provide food assistance to families in need.

Admission to both nights is free, but your presence makes a real difference: supporting the dreams of young islanders and helping the most vulnerable.
