A true “experience” of flavors, discovering the excellence of Sicily. This is the Ottobrata Zafferanese, the most important gastronomic event in Southern Italy, which is now back, for its 43rd edition, in a renewed guise, turning its gaze towards the green world, with an exclusive area dedicated to “gluten free” .
In the new food area, a privileged stage for typical traditional dishes, local first fruits will be on display: honey, mushrooms, chestnuts, grapes, apples, in the various qualities of “cola”, “cola ice cream” and “delicious red white”. A succulent array of protected branded products (Doc, Dop, or included in the databases of traditional regional agri-food products) which, precisely in this area, are tasted with 100% biodegradable disposable tableware, in full respect of environmental sustainability.
