La macchina del tempo – photographic exhibit

From October 31 to November 30, 2025, the city of Ragusa hosts the exhibition “La Macchina del Tempo”, curated by Insieme in Città and the Società Ragusana di Storia Patria, and conceived by Amalia Antoci and Emanuele Cavarra.

Featuring the photographic archive of Giorgio Licitra, the show invites visitors on a genuine journey through time—from the late 1800s to the first decades of the 20th century—exploring previously unseen images, customs and the social fabric of Ragusa.

An evocative path that turns the past into a sensory experience and prompts reflection on tradition and local identity.
