Cous Cous Fest 2025

The ten-day food and music event that, on the threshold of autumn, compares preparations made around the world on the theme of cous cous in the town of Trapani, has now become an important international gastronomic event dedicated to the poor food of rural communities and the sea.

Also in this edition, to be held Sept. 19-28, 2025, showcooking experiences and gastronomic competitions are offered.

Accompanying the cous cous tastings according to local and international recipes are numerous music performances.
