Terrazze dell'Etna is a winery located on the northwestern slope of Mount Etna, founded by the Bevilacqua family in 2008. It extends between approximately 500 and 950 meters above sea level within the Etna Natural Park. The vineyards are terraced, and there are ancient restored wine presses, with a beautiful mix of tradition (wine presses, stone terraces) and modernity.

Il Treno dei Vini dell’Etna: uno slow tour esperienziale in Circumetnea con guida, per percorrere le pendici del vulcano alla scoperta di vini, prodotti tipici e scorci di paesaggio di un territorio che sa di lava, fuoco e mare. Partendo da Riposto si arriva a Randazzo ad un’altitudine di quasi 800 mt, si visitano 2 cantine dell’Etna per una passeggiata in vigna, degustazione di vini Etna Doc e di prodotti tipici locali, con inclusa visita storico culturale del territorio di Castiglione di Sicilia o di Randazzo.

Guided tour of our wheat fields, followed by a demonstration of wheat milling in our own mill inside the workshop, with tasting of a typical Aeolian bread roll called “sammatura.” This is followed by lunch in our restaurant featuring typical local products and pasta prepared in the workshop.

The activity takes place inside the artisan workshop. Here, visitors will learn about the history of chocolate and will be able to get their hands dirty by making their own chocolate bars to take home with them. This is followed by a tasting of our chocolate, and visitors can purchase any products they have sampled if they wish. The educational activities are suitable for children aged 6 and above. Foreign language translation is available on request.

A Valle dell’Acate si possono vivere esperienze immersive nella campagna iblea, tra vigneti e architetture storiche. Le visite iniziano dall’antico palmento ottocentesco, cuore della cantina, dove si raccontano i processi produttivi legati alla tradizione vitivinicola del territorio. A seguire, si può scegliere tra diverse formule di degustazione con i vini simbolo dell’azienda: Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG, Il Frappato, Il Moro Nero d’Avola, Zagra.
