Ypsigrock is Italy’s first boutique festival, now a European reference point for fans of indie culture.

The festival was founded in 1997 in the Sicilian village of Castelbuono, just over an hour and a half’s drive from Palermo, on the initiative of a few young locals who were passionate about indie and alternative-rock music. Today, with over twenty years of experience behind it, Ypsigrock has become a certainty and a model on the international scene and is perceived as an event not to be missed for its artistic quality and the beauty of Castelbuono’s most enchanting corners.
