Sherbeth – International Festival of Artisan Ice Cream 2025

From November 7-10, 2025, the Sherbeth International Artisan Gelato Festival will be held in Palermo, an event that brings together Master Gelato Makers from different parts of the world.

During the festival, participants will compete for the prestigious Francesco Procopio Cutò Award, offering innovative flavors and high-quality artisanal preparations. Active since 2007, Sherbeth transforms the city into a real ice cream village, where visitors can attend workshops and taste ice creams made with excellent ingredients. The program also includes conferences, concerts, shows and entertainment activities for adults and children.
