Living Nativity Monterosso Almo

In southeastern Sicily, Monterosso Almo hosts its traditional Living Nativity for Christmas 2025/2026 on 26 and 28 December 2025 and on 1, 4 and 6 January 2026.

The historic village comes alive with scenes of daily life, costumed figures and reenactments of ancient crafts, offering families and visitors an immersive journey into the sacred story of the Nativity.

Along the route, evocative settings connect religious tradition, rural memory and community spirit, highlighting the cultural identity of Monterosso Almo.
