IllumninAria Fest 2026

From 22 to 26 July 2026, Caltagirone will host the fourth edition of IlluminAria Fest, a summer event that brings the town’s historic centre to life with a programme of activities dedicated to music, culture, food and wine, and local organisations.

For five days, Piazza Umberto I will become the heart of the event, featuring shows, talks and entertainment with free admission, as part of a programme designed to showcase the artistic and cultural heritage of the Caltagirone area.

Among the guests at the 2026 edition is Roy Paci, who will open the event with a DJ set, whilst on 26 July the spotlight will be on Orofino, a Caltagirone-based artist fresh from his appearance on X Factor.
Alongside the music, there will be a focus on culture with an event on 24 July dedicated to Caltagirone-based authors Maria Attanasio and Andrea Alba, both shortlisted for the Strega Prize.

An event that enriches the summer in Caltagirone and offers the chance to experience the town through music, culture and local productions.
