The legendary chocolate of Modica, with its memorable olfactory and emotional surprises, invites you to discover the secret of the blaze of sugary crystals signed by skilled artisans of the good and the beautiful.

In the chocolate-flavored city, the medieval churches of the ancient county capital and the 18th-century churches “embroidered” in stone endure, and the palaces adorned with festive Baroque portals and grotesque masks supporting iron and flowery volutes also revive.

To celebrate and tell the story, the goodness, and the authenticity of this treasure, ancient and ever new, Modica stops, on the Immaculate Conception weekend, and celebrates. Transforming its spaces and making them even sweeter, bringing people together, dialoguing with historians and experts, having fun putting their hands in the dough (of cocoa), together with all the gluttons and those curious about good things of centuries-old tradition.
