From the heart of Sicily to the world, the genius of Vincenzo Bellini enchants generations with his timeless melodies in a musical journey without borders.
The famous “Swan” from Catania is the protagonist of the Bellini International Context, the review of music, theater, opera, gala, cultural events, exhibitions, conversations, listening guides, dedicated to Vincenzo Bellini.
The event promoted by Sicilian Region is organized in synergy with the main cultural institutions of the island: the Teatro Massimo Bellini in Catania, the Theater of Messina, the Teatro Massimo Palermo, the Foundation Sicilian Symphony Orchestra, the Archdiocese of Catania, the University of Catania, Taormina Arte Sicilia Foundation, the “Vincenzo Bellini” Conservatory of Catania and the “A. Corelli” Conservatory of Messina.
Over 30 events, 4 orchestras, 2 choirs, prestigious guests, famous conductors, directors, singers and virtuosi, for a total of over 1000 artists involved.
