Agata in Movimento – 5th Edition

From January 28th to August 31st, 2026, the city of Catania hosts the fifth edition of Agata in Movimento, an innovative artistic project that brings the devotion to the Patron Saint beyond traditional venues.
The exhibition becomes an itinerant experience, displaying artworks and graphic installations inside train carriages and within metro and railway stations. Through the talent of young artists, Saint Agatha’s iconography is reinterpreted in a contemporary style, accompanying locals and tourists during their daily commutes.
Agata in Movimento 2026 represents a unique blend of art, faith, and urban mobility, making the tribute to the Saint a visual heritage accessible to everyone in the heart of Sicily.
