“Piero Guccione. La ricerca infinita”
description
Piero Guccione. La ricerca infinita is the new exhibition in Scicli, hosted in the evocative former Convent of the Carmine from May 18 to november 30, 2025.
Set in the Rooms of Piero, it features around fifty works—oils, pastels, and graphics from private collections—tracing the creative journey of the great Sicilian artist. From early expressionist experiments to the famous visions of sea and Mediterranean light, each piece reveals his contemplative poetics.
Curated by Nunzio Massimo Nifosì, the exhibition includes the video installation “La Camera Picta” and a graphic section created with master printer Angelo Buscema.
An unmissable event to experience Piero Guccione’s art in the heart of the Val di Noto.
