From 13 to 16 November 2026, the Sherbeth Festival returns to Palermo, the event dedicated to artisanal gelato and its evolution, now in its 18th edition.
Over the years, the Festival has become a meeting and discussion point for master gelato makers, territories, raw materials and new visions, telling the story of gelato through research, experimentation, innovation and culture. For four days, Palermo welcomes professionals from different backgrounds, brought together to exchange ideas on techniques, ingredients, identity and new approaches to craftsmanship. At the centre is gelato itself, interpreted as an expression of expertise, creativity and connection with the territory.
Sherbeth offers a perspective on the present and future of artisanal gelato, bringing together experience, research and contemporary influences in a programme of events for both the public and industry professionals.
