Etneb

From 25 October to 17 November 2024, the ETNEB: A Journey Between Etna and Nebrodi project offers a unique experience to explore the food, wine, and cultural excellence of two of Sicily’s most fascinating territories. Promoted by the Sicilian Region’s Department of Tourism, Sport, and Entertainment and financed by the F.U.N.T. – Ministry of Tourism, the event proposes a series of events spread across the suggestive areas of Etna and Nebrodi.

The event includes a rich programme of tastings, workshops, guided tours, and food and wine fairs, where participants can discover the authentic flavours of these places, from the volcanic wines of Etna to the cheeses and black pig of the Nebrodi. Activities include:

• Tastings in the piazza with open-air tastings of typical products
• Wine and food fairs and events dedicated to local excellence such as ‘I Sapori dei Nebrodi’ and ‘I Calici sull’Etna’
• Workshops and didactic laboratories on local cuisine and handicrafts
• Guided tours and tastings of wineries, oil mills and historic villages
