Piano City Palermo 2026

From 25 to 27 September 2026, Piano City Palermo returns, the citywide festival dedicated to the piano that brings music to different locations across Palermo, from the early hours of the morning until the evening.

Founded in 2017, the Festival features dozens of solo piano concerts spanning different musical genres and styles, involving spaces that do not usually host performances. Squares, historic buildings, gardens and other locations around the city become places for listening and meeting, creating a widespread musical journey through Palermo’s urban fabric.

At the heart of the project is the idea of music reaching out to the public and involving the city as a whole, through collaboration with institutions, artists, associations and cultural organisations. Piano City Palermo was created as an open and participatory project, with the aim of enhancing music, the piano and the places of Palermo at the same time.

The Festival is produced and curated by Associazione Piano City Palermo and Hdemia and offers free admission to concerts, subject to availability.
