Despu\u00e9s, los colocamos con cuidado en un recipiente con agua y lim\u00f3n para que no se ennegrezcan. Los hervimos, a\u00f1adiendo al agua el lim\u00f3n exprimido y la sal, hasta obtener la consistencia deseada y luego los colocamos sobre un pa\u00f1o para que se sequen.<\/p>\n<p>Preparamos la masa poniendo en un bol un huevo, sal, pimienta, cebolletas y anchoas finamente cortadas y luego lo batimos todo agregando poco a poco la harina y el agua para que la masa tenga una consistencia densa, pero no l\u00edquida.
