No se sabe exactamente&#8230;Igual de misteriosa es su historia, que se remonta al siglo IX y est\u00e1 repleta de cambios e influencias de diversas partes, como la historia de las dominaciones extranjeras en Sicilia.<\/p>\n<p>Esta es la receta para quien desee prepararla en casa.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n de la pasta real (de almendras)<\/strong>: Mezclar la harina de almendras con el agua y el az\u00facar y a\u00f1adir el colorante verde para colorear la masa. Mezclar hasta obtener una pasta homog\u00e9nea y trabajarla hasta que quede blanda y compacta. Disponer uno de los discos de bizcocho remojados en el fondo del molde y untar la crema de queso ricota. Por \u00faltimo, colocar el tercer disco de bizcocho y dejar reposar una media hora aproximadamente. A continuaci\u00f3n, le damos la vuelta al molde, desmoldamos la tarta con ayuda del papel aluminio y cubrimos con el glaseado preparado anteriormente.
